PWCS Schools Free Breakfast/Lunch

Food service during school closure - Service now available from 9-11 a.m.

New Information PWCS has been approved by VDOE to serve meals to parents/guardians without students present. Staff will request parents or guardians produce proof of student enrollment in the form of student ID, report card, or other official school documentation with the child’s name printed on the document and provide names of non-school age or children not enrolled in school, who are 18 years old and under.

The Good News Community Kitchen in Occoquan is an amazing resource. They provide groceries and personal hygiene items. Also, volunteers are willing to deliver.

Sheetz Launches Free Meal Program for Children in Need

Sheetz is proud to announce a new Kidz Meal Bagz program providing free food to help children and families in need as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Meal Bagz will be available all day starting Thursday, April 2 and will include a turkey sandwich, chips and a drink.

The Kidz Meal Bagz program will be available at 293 stores across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. The program will start April 2, 2020 and be available for a period of two weeks at which time it will be reevaluated based on community need.
