Week of April 27 to May 1: Lesson Ideas
Follow the Kindergarten and First Grade plans for the week from your teachers:

Kindergarten: Listen to the three stories for the week and think about the characters (who?), and the settings (where?). When you retell the story to your family or record it for your teacher,think about how the story begins (Beginning), what happens in the middle of the story (Middle), and what happens in the end (End) B-M-E. Use the chart at the bottom of this page to help you with the characters and setting.

And when you are reading, you should always be thinking about how the characters are feeling(how?) and if their feelings change from the beginning to the end of the story. Look at the feelings chart below to help you find the feelings for the characters.
