I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these wild days.  Remember that staying active and finding new and different ways to stay active is important for not only your physical health, but also your mental health.  Be sure to wash your hands as often as possible and don't forget to make healthy food choices as well.  Be sure to check out the links that I have posted for different exercises and challenges.  Encourage your family to join along and work together to stay fit and healthy.  Continue to check back as I will be try to posted to challenges throughout the coming weeks.
